The best part of the day was not having to worry about anything. Your managerial abilities in running the Crystal Rose are only overshadowed by your talents as a wedding coordinator. Your thoroughness and ability to stay calm in "all" situations put both Audrey and I at ease during our final preparations.

Dear Jay,
I'm sorry I didn't send this sooner, but I was still recovering from the wedding stuff. I really wanted to tell you what a wonderful staff you have and to thank everyone for making our wedding the perfect day for us. Holly was really great. It didn't matter if I called her 3 or 4 times in the same day, she was pleasant and helpful each time. She really made me feel that everything was organized and well taken care of. Chap was super at the wedding. He stayed right up until the end with us even though he must have been dead tired. A real professional. Debbie and Barnie couldn't have been more efficient behind the bar. I never saw a line of people waiting for drinks and Barnie had to make something like 35 shots for last call. We had several comments on how great the food and service was. I think the girls name was Rene who was so considerate and right on top of things as far as serving the cake and boxing things up for us. Please let everyone know that they're hard work and professionalism didn't go unnoticed. I will definitely recommend the Crystal Rose to my friends.
